Heiskell late Contractor at Fredericksburg Virga, the sum of nineteen dollars & 92/100, being for Whiskey & Vinegar furnished Captn.Brooks Detachment between the 1st January & 30 April 1799 (and which had been rejected on a former settlement, but now admitted, in consequence of Edw Harrington Esqre certificate) which sum is to be transmitted to E: Carrington supervisor to be by him paid to the said G.
