In the case in question, if Gibson is not there, those who receive the Box, should pay for the transportation of it, for they can reclaim it as circumstances may warrant, before it is delivered. I hope there will be no difficulty.— O'Hara is not arrived, him-[undecipherable]. I send two Diamonds, such as I can find, and such as I hope will answer your present purpose.— By the enclosed Memorandum taken from your two Returns, you will find my statement relative to the Powder [undecipherable] you must now account for [undecipherable: your?] Statement in the Return referred to, and the present state of the Powder on hand.— If M^r Tracy is yet with you, present my respects to him.— The Governor's Brother-in-law is in Virginia from whence he goes to Pittsburg.
