Orders to Report to General Wilkinson
Document 1800Commanding Officers of corps, detachments, posts, garrison, and recruiting parties belonging to the military establishment of the United States are to report to Brigadier General Wilkinson in Washington; and all officers on furlough are to report to the same officer with all possible dispatch. All printers within the United States who published invitations for proposals for contracts of the 13th of March last are requested to insert the above in their papers, once a week for two months.
