I enclose a petition of Mr Joseph Morgan & a letter from Mr John Brown of Providence for your examination. I perceive Mr Morgan has an inclination to be Superintendant at Springfield. But it is not yet vacant & there will be a vacancy there if it were. I have not what other candidates may be on your list
