Superv. on giving him the necessary receipts The inclosed voucher is deemed inadmissible because you have not produced a certificate from Mr. Carrington approbatg the charge which by referring to the accot. of differences forwarded you on the 24 Febr. was required. you will observe also that further remarks have been made on the voucher.
