I have received Your letter of the [undecipherable]
I am glad are all at last are agreed with respect to [undecipherable]
in March 1794. Col O'Hara is to set out for Your City in a few
days & from thence proceed to the Seat of Government.
Pray have You an opportunity of Enquiring of your
friends at Boston for a Man well Skilled in the [undecipherable]
Window Glass making & otherwise Qualified to [undecipherable]
man in a Manufactory where there is [undecipherable] to be imployed
Germans Employed at this place, Such a Man well recommended will meet good Encouragement.
There is nothing New here Except that the Citizens of
our town Seem Generally disposed to Celebrate this Day —
