I forgot to mention in mine of this date that the five hundred dollars received of me on the 5 of March 1794 was charged to Colonel O'Hara as Money forwarded agreeably to the tenor of your receipt— You express'd a wish afterwards to have it rest on the ata balance due you for McLain transforta tion and Archibald Reads Pay, but it was long since stated to you that it could not be so considered as it had been rendered to O'Hara, and as those sums had never been credited to me— You will accordingly admit to the Credits of O'Hara, and it may be a subsequent affair between us —
