Surveyors Office June 24^th 1800 Sir I inclose for your consideration a copy of a letter from the late M^r Francis to the late M^r John Kelland, also the copy of an Invoice which was handed me by M^r W^m Kelland of a quantity of Gunlocks which he states have been imported in consequence of that Letter & of M^r Francis' orders verbally continued from time to time, since the letter was written — I have mentioned the Circumstance to M^r Govett who confirms M^r Kellands Statement.
