Gen Knox returning to the head of the War Depart[ment] I trust however that the Great Business of our Government will [st]ill go on & prosper notwithstanding So many Changes of men— Col. O'Hara will in A few days Set out for Your City [&] there Expects [with] you to make A final Settlement of the Old Agency Business at which time the several Sums that came into my hands [will] appear.
