There is now in the State Magazine the following powder Standing to the credit of the late Tench Francis Esquire Purveyor of Public Supplies for the United States — viz. on the books previous to the first day of June Instant —
Three hundred & ninety two Barrels
One hundred & eight half Barrels
Forty two quarter Casks. and
Ten pounds ullage of a Cask —
Also four Barrels delivered in yesterday by Smith & Jacoby powder manufacturers and five hundred forty three pounds contained in twenty two quarter Casks deliver=ed at same time by Daniel Smith, being the proceeds of Six Barrels, damaged powder which he had from the Magazine to remanufacture —
