I have your letter of the 31st May by the same post & received one from Samuel Meredith Esqr inclosing me a Post note for one hundred fifty four Dollars — the ballance found due me from the Secretary at War which I have acknowledged the receipt of in my letter to him this day — The articles remaining with me when I sent my accounts home they'd the 26 th of May — and a Bill of lading inclosed to Govr Warren — I am very respectfully —
