On settlement of the accounts of Jeremiah Wadding
of Hartford Connt he has received a credit on the Books of this
for the amount of expenditures made by him for the purchase of
sundry articles, agreeably to the directions of the Ho. S. of Work the
greater part whereof appear to have been shipped by him to
John Harris Military Store Keeper, & the remainder delivered to the
Quarter master of the 15th Regt of Infantry; an abstract whereof
I herewith transmit you in order that the necessary entries may
be made on the Books of the Superintendent of military Stores —

to the Draftsmen in my Office to complete their balances to the
10 June, & to enable them to remove themselves & families to the
City of Washington is estimated at four thousand nine hundred
& thirteen Dollars; In addition to which I have to request
an advance of eight hundred Dollars on account of my Salary
& expenses in the removal of my family —making on all —
