Greenwich boro't: 14 Reg^t] [May 15. 1800—] Sir Inclosite to you a Provision return Signed by you for rations issued by the Issuing Contractor to your recruits in Oct. 1797. from the face of it you will readily perceive that it will not pass in to the Contractors credit without additional explanations from you, a very material circumstance is the altering the original number from 188 to 181 rations.
