We have, a few days ago, received the Gen.^al Orders, relative to clothing, and we shall endeavour to obey them. The letter for De-berger has been delivered to him; and if he should send an answer in time it shall be forwarded. I have written to you a long letter, of this date, in answer to yours of the 17.^d April, which I expect will be Satisfactory. I hope before you will receive this, that your children may have passed through the Small pox with great Safety. My little Stranger, delays his coming beyond all calculations; I cannot imagine when he can be coming but he does not make his appearance. I did indeed promise when Stationary to do better. I have an idea that I do very well but there things cannot be accounted for. If, however, we do not enjoy all the good things this world, we possess one of the best. perfect health.
