Personally Appeared Before me Pet^r, and Peter, Judge of the Pennsylvania District of the United States James House of the town of Champlain County of Clinton and State of New York. Who Made Oath that he personally knew Joseph Luvetoe of the Parish of S^t. Ours in the province of Lower Canada, and this Deponment Saith that the said Joseph Luvetoe Came out of Canada being a Refugee with this Deponment in the year one thousand Seven hundred and Seventy Six and this Deponment further Saith, that to the best of his knowledge the said Joseph Luvetoe. Stayed in Albany two years. and then he Came to Philadelphia where he Stayed one year or more then the said Luvetoe Returned from Philadelphia to Albany where he Stayed with some other Refugees in Albany more than one Year, after that the Said Luvetoe went from Albany to Boston where he Stayed till the year one thousand Seven hundred and Eighty four.
