Contractor at Rhode Island, the sum of three thousand eight
hundred & ninety two Dollars, & [undecipherable]/100, being a balance
due him for rations, Quarter master & Hospital Supplies and
expenditures furnished the Troops of the United States in the State
of Rhode Island, in the last Quarter of the Year 1799. — which sum
