On the 30 May 1793 you received the Sum of five hundred thirty two Dollars & 4fen from the Pay of Detachments of Militia for Service entering the United States in 1792 to enable me to pay said amount to your credit it is necessary for you to send forward the receipt of the Noncommissarate composing the said Detachments & which I request may be done as early as convenient that your account as Lieut. of Alleghany County may be closed on the Books of this Office —
