I received your letter of the 9 Instant.
James Bole's pension stopp'd from the 4th March 1795 until it should amount to four hundred and seventy two Dollars which he had been erroneously paid as mentioned to you in a letter from the Secretary of War dated 1st August 1795.
His pension, which is one hundred Dollars p annum from March 1795 to March 1800 will leave a balance of twenty eight Dollars in his favor, which you will pay to him.
His pension will recommence at its former rate viz 8/3 dollars p month from 6th March last.
