Description

Benjamin Cornwall and John Coles, both enlisted by Lt. Tobias V. Cuyler of the 12th Regiment, have complained that they have yet to receive the bounties that were promised upon enlistment. Recruits were paid in dry goods instead of money, but still request remaining sum to be paid in coin.
