I have drawn on you this day in favor of Alexander & James Fulton Pay Able to them or order after ten days sight for two thousand Dollars. The Bills consist of a first & Second and the Specie received therefore is to be appropriated to the paying the Regular troops under Lieut. Colonle Butler for January, February & March, and having passed the same to the Credit of the Treasurer request due honor thereto,
