April 10^th 1795 I received your letter dated the 7 Instant enclosing the receipt of Mr Duncan for one hundred & five dollars & [undecipherable]00 and your account of [undecipherable] in removing & paying monies from this Department to the 1^st February 1796. The former will be entered on the books of this Office and the latter amounting to two hundred thirty eight dollars [undecipherable]00, you will receive as usual from the Treasury of the United States. The more [undecipherable] you will please acknowledge to this Office — In my letter to you under date of the 19 December last I [undecipherable] you [undecipherable] be pleased to call on Mr. Robert [undecipherable: Magill?] [undecipherable: Bunger?] in the 22^nd [undecipherable] of [undecipherable] in [undecipherable] who are [undecipherable] forces to support as [undecipherable] in the Western counties of Pennsylvania in 1794, and receive from him the sum of thirteen dollars & [undecipherable] the same having been paid to him twice, which, when received you will please transmit to the Treasurer of the U.S. to which object I have to request your early attention. — Sam H[undecipherable] M.S. --- Gen.
