John Kilty Esq.^r Sup.^r Baltimore Sir Accountants Office April 10^th 1800 I received your letter dated the 7^th Instant enclosing the receipt of Mr. Toncin for one hundred & five dollars 87/100, and your account of Commissions for receiving & paying monies from this Department to the 1.^st February 1800, the former will be entered on the books of this Office, and the latter amounting to Two hundred thirty eight dollars 74/100, you will receive as usual from The Treasurer of The United States, the receipt whereof you will please acknowledge to this Office — In my letter to you under date of the 29 December last, I requested you would be pleased to call on Mr. Robert Moffell Ensign in the 33.^d Reg.^t of Maryland Militia called into Service to suppress an Insurrection in the Western counties of Pennsylvania in 1794, and receive from him the sum of thirteen dollars & 7/100 the same having been paid to him twice; which, when received you will please transmit to the Treasurer of the U.S; to which object I have to request your early attention — Sam.^l W.S.
