Document 1800Mr. Orr has stated that he gave the necessary certificates of inspection to the manufacturers of the swords and belts and had them boxed and marked US 1799 but took no further charge of them. They were to be forwarded to John Harris at Philadelphia and have been received by him. Those fabricated by Mr. Starr are to be held until a vessel sailing from Middletown to Philadelphia can be found.
