The 2d M Gen: this Morning seems disposed to admit of the Armourer Accounts at the same time he is displeased by your interforence in that Business; I am sorry it is found necessary to postpone urging my Claim at present particularly as I had intended its proceeds to be appropriated to discharge of your Claim – Pray how does Military Land Sell?
