And to enable me to draw at once rise, the whole amounts, I have to Request, that you will furnish me with the amounts Charged in your Department for the Cost and Equipment of Vessels hitherto from to the Establishment of this Department the aggregate amount Charged to each Vessel is all that is nece[ssary]
