Document 1800Stipulates regulations for general courts-martial, such as that offenders' pay be stopped; that their rank, station, and unit be declared in such proceedings; that copies of all pertinent documents be sent to the commanders of posts where a convicted offender is to be confined; that officers composing a general court-martial return to duty as soon as it is completed; and that dissolution of courts-martial, even if ordered, should not be undertaken until the business before the court is concluded.
