To the amount at Springfield Treasury in Oct^r Nov^r & Dec^r 1799, which sum you will receive from the Treasurer of the U S to be by you paid to him upon his granting you the necessary rec^ts — The other accounts are under examination & the result thereof will be communicated in due time — Sam^l Y^r [initials]
