The Pay master General has forwarded to this Office for settlement the following accounts which you had improperly sent to him — Viz to:
D: Welch & others acct of materials & attendants —
Ruggles the amount of [laborers] & materials for building —
Your own account of [?] $ [undecipherable] and of [books?], [undecipherable] acts, [repairs?] $ [undecipherable] and William Hawkins acct of [undecipherable]
[Relations?] & [fees?] —
The latter of which has been [settled?] & [balance?] of Fifty three dollars & 60 [undecipherable] [reported?] in his favor for [undecipherable] & [costs?] [undecipherable].
