[undecipherable] This settlement includes the Sum of D^o [undecipherable] transmitted to you by the [undecipherable] of the U.S. being the amount of your [undecipherable] for Nov^r 1799. For which your receipt has been [undecipherable] as mentioned in my letter of yesterday The Sec^y of War February 20^th 1800 Sir M^r John & James Woodward has exhibited at this Office (among other) the following accounts viz: I. Thompson & Co: Bills for medicines & surgical instruments advanced for the use of Fort Trumbull D^o [undecipherable] Fees charged to attending Physicians to d^o . . . .
