Sir I received two letters of the 10th
December from Your Department
Signed Edgar Patterson, Enclosing Invoices
and Receipts for the Cloathing of the 3d & 4.
Regiments — Artillery and Cavalry, which
have all arrived safe and delivered to the Soldiers
in excellent Order; Also two Boxes and two
Kegs from Mr McHenries for Capt Butler
