James McHenry Esq^r Sir, Enclosed is our account against the United States for Monies paid out for them — we have left Blanks for Storage and for our trouble, being at a loss whether to charge Storage separately or a certain sum for Storage and our trouble would be most agreeable. The trouble was considerable while the 13^th Regiment was here, in receiving and delivering out Arms and Clothing, we have now a considerable quantity of Arms in Store and Eighty three damaged Arms (returned in by the 13^th Regiment) — you will please to inform us which mode of charging would be most agreeable whether Storage and a certain sum for the trouble we have been at, or whether a certain sum for both — And what is usually charged for similar Business. — We are respectfully your very Hble.
