Sir
Five Waggons have Arrived from Philadelphia the 6th instant with Cloathing for the Troops. I lightened their Loads by sending four Hhds. in the Contractors Boat by Water, and prevailed with the Waggoners to sett off with the Remain for South West Point, and in the Morning shall sett off my self there to examine the order and State the Cloathing may be delivered in.
