Rutland Verm^t February 4^th 1800 Sir William Burnet Contractor for Vermont having presented his accounts at this Office for settlement without the necessary Vouchers which you have acknowledged to be in your possession the object of this is therefore to request you will forward them to this Office that I may be enabled to pay off the proportion of the charge in the Trustees master's Hospital Dep^t. You will please give me the names of those bounty Officers for their Muster who appear to have drawn their subsistance from the 1 Oct^r to N Dec^r 1799 ⟶ Sam'l S. Windsor Vermont February 4^th 1800 Sir Your acct handed to this Office for settlement by Judge Jones have been suspended for want of the original vouchers upon which you made the same in the lieu Visit of the parties from whom articles were purchased acknowledging to be in full payment of Williams.
