In future the rules now observed will be attended to as a sure and certain guide. I am anxious to receive the Papers you mention, as many things behind are immediately or remotely on them [undecipherable] and must so remain, until they come to hand— Am glad to find the Pattern Muskets arrived in good Order— Your Post is again replenished with Troops— there seems to be a turn and overturn— or in more military language a march and counter march— I hope all will get comfortably accomodated at last ——— Be pleased to forward the enclosed letters.
