Referring to my letter of the 10 Instant, I have now to inform you that your accounts for October Ulto have been examined, & after deducting Ten dollars from Voucher No 16 being an error in the calculation of the Pay of William Harrison, Mechanic, the sum of Do 1333. 96 has been passed to your credit.
The balance due on your account for September last, was on the 8 Instant transmitted to you by the Treasurer of the United States, as also Do 1666.— on the 18th Instt. on account, There sums appear to the abovementioned credit, leaves a balance in your hands on this Statement of one hundred seventy four Dollars 8/100, with which you stand charged on the Books of this Office —
