In answer to which I have to inform you that your pay as an Officer in the line is to be recieved by you through the Pay master of your Regiment; that the additional pay & emoluments as an Aid De Camp will be paid you by the Pay master General, on your forwarding the proper statement, accompanied by evidence of your appointment. The information of the pay papers relative to your rations is correct the pay you will recieve as above mentioned.
