mill & Engr d stationed at Fort Johnston in July Augt 1799
have been examined & the sum of Drs 34.93½ deducted therefrom
for causes mentioned in the annexed statement. the balance
on your favor is of a sum reduced to 636 dolls 62½ cents
which sum you will receive from Griffith & McKee
upon your granting them the receipting rect.
For making out your future abstracts it will
be necessary for you to be more particular in expressing
the several Items composing the vouchers herewith you may
refer.
