=red, Two thousand dollars — I wish it to be in the Bank Bills, or bills on the Custom house at New Haven — as those I had on New London put me to the Expense of sending for the money — Three thousand Cartouch Boxes and belts have long since been com=pleat — One thousand Ps. there are also fini=shed & delivered — The Certificates of inspection with the receipts for the money, shall accom=ny my acct. more men are making agrea=bly to your directions of the 20th of Augt — & when furnished & completed shall be put in store — with the Cartouch boxes & belts put in Cases & Boxes — My health is so bad that I must decline all business if you have any to be executed here my bro. Dan Wadsworth will undertake it & will be responsible for its being well done — what do you allow for commissions on such business or do you expect it done gratis — I would not trouble you on the score of money but being so much out of business I am not in the way of having more money than I want to use on the other side is an estimate of what I have paid & am indebted to pay on demand — I have The Honor to be —
