I have drawn on you this day in favor of Josiah Watson Junr or order payable after ten days sight, being for so much Money received of John Cook, and is to be appropriated to the Quarter Masters Department in Paying the Artificers and for Materials for the Barracks at South West Point and Tellico, And haveing Pass'd the amt of this bill to the Credit of the Treasurer request you will honor the same.
