Sir,
You will be pleased to pack up and hold in readiness for immediate transportation the following supply of Clothing for three companies of Infantry, viz Complete suits for One full company of Non-commissioned officers and Privates of the first, second, and third Regiments. Each Company is composed of four Sergeants, four Corporals and fifty two privates, the quantity of Clothing allowed each you are perfectly acquainted with, of course they need not be particular specified. They are to be addressed to Major Craig, at Pittsburgh, subject to the order of Captain Vance, Assistant Pay-master General, agreeably to instructions received from Genl Hamilton this day. —
