Philadelphia 6^th October 1794 Sir— I have received your letter of the 18^th ultimo— the Dye is cast, the tyrant is the vilest people, your rob— may his little finger be heavier on him than his Predecessors loins— I am glad to find M^r Whinloads was delivered and forwarded— I flatter my self that with your exertions, the Northern Posts will receive their Clothing before winter— I want all the Accounts long since required— tis greatly to be desired that your Store account may stand fair and clear— all is open and must remain so until you comply with my requisitions in my letter of the 1^st March last, and those subsequent in the same Subject— I want also to make a full Settlement with the Q^r M General when he arrives— Be pleased to send me Draps on him for all balance due as per Statement sent you— We are all well— the Public Offices will return next week— adieu— yours very sincerely Major Isaac Craig — Samuel Hodgdon
