Inclosed is a Return of Clothing wanted for the 2d Regiment Arty which I forward you agreeable to Genl Hamiltons Request, and wish you to forward them to me before the Winter Sets in.
I have no directions to furnish any part of the Clothing expressed in this Return, but should there not be a supply of Coats & Hats in the Public Store, you will please inform me & I will have them procured here, as also the Blankets which I have in my Store
