Since writing to you yesterday in reply to your
letter of that date, relative to certain papers filed to be
forwarded to this Office by Mr Miller — I find that they
were received on the 3d August 1799 & he was on that
same day informed thereof.

I have received your letters dated the 7th
Instt and Septr last inclosed was called the 1st left with &
by the hands of Mr Beard with the fourth of Accounts &
vouchers accompanying it. Satisfied applying to the latter will

you made your payments. But tho so much time has
