On the examination of your accounts, an error has been discovered in the calculation of a quantity of Shot purchased by you of John Brown, againt the the contents of thirteen Bags, Copy of his bill is annexed — by which you will observe, that 1796 lbt averaging 192 1/6 for every ton, (making 12,533 lb) has been extended 30 tons 18 qrs 1 hundd whereas at 2240 lb for every ton the weight is no more than 23 Tons 9 hds 3 qt — making a difference of 7. 16. 1 or(at 60$ pr ton) $461 15y 84
