I have drawn on you this day in favor of Josiah Wels on Junior, for three hundred dollars, payable to him or order after ten days sight, it being for so much received in specie, of John Love and is to be Appropriated to the paying the Army in Tennessee under Lieut Colonel Butler for the Months of October, November & December.
