S. have drawn additional rations for the months of June & July last as Commandant of Bedlows Island, but it which he was not entitled you are directed to deduct the sum of fourteen dolls &78/100 from the monies which you may next have occasion to transmit to him, being the amount of 122 rations overissue as above, at the contract price of 16 cents 14 mills pr ration.
