Richards for the payment of his Company from the 1^st Oct^o 1799 to the 30 June 1795 which he forwarded me from Nashville. — I also forward the Abstract & Vouchers of my expenditures in my official Capacity from 1 July to 31^st Dec 1798 For the Contingent expenses ———————————————— 2090. 98 Indian Department services performed — 5819. 87 purchases made in that Dep^t —— 1192. 3 7011. 90 Q.M. Dep^t. Services performed —— 9972. — purchases made —— 1480. 9 11452 98 amounting to ————————————————————— D^o 20,555. 86 The package Containing Cap^t Richards Vouchers is N^o 1 — those of my abstracts N^o 2 & 3. —— Col.
