I received your letter of the 17th Ulte. I will answer it [undecipherable]
By this post I forward the Vouchers of Capt. Richards for the payment of his Company from the 1st Octo 1799 to the 30 June 1795 which he forwarded me from Nashville. —
I also forward the Abstract & Vouchers of my expenditures in my official Capacity from 1 July to 31st Dec 1798
