Salmon of Baltimore, has informed me in a letter the 2d inst. that he remitted you fifteen hundred dollars on account of my last install- ment. I inclose a check in your favour for 387 50/100 which I believe will complete the payment, and request you to take the trouble to do what is necessary in the case.
