Sir,
This day I have drawn on you in favour of George Bell & Co. or their order payable thereto after ten days sight for Six hundred & twenty dollars, being so much received of them in Specie and which Sum is to be appropriated to the paying the regular troops under Lt Col. Butler in Tennessee. Having passed this Bill to the credit of the Treasurer I request your honoring the Same.
