Septem^r 20. 1799 Sir Herewith I hand you a statement of monies charged for the acct of Cap^t McE^e Stittephs on the books of this Office, which you will of course deduct from his pay on the Pay Rolls of the Company & of which he has been informed. You will likewise receive enclosed the Muster & Pay Rolls of the Troops Stationed at Fort Johnston (N.
